Nearly forty years after launching his storied and dynamic career, hit songwriter, guitar virtuoso, producer and arranger, Dick Wagner, remains a brilliant and vibrant force on the pop/rock landscape he helped create.

Dick Wagner’s songs and lead guitar have been featured on more than 185 renowned albums, including more than 35 Platinum and Gold records; and Wagner has garnered numerous BMI Songwriter Awards.

Legendary for his groundbreaking collaborations with Alice Cooper—for whom he wasmusical director, lead guitarist and co-writer of the icon’s biggest hits, including “Only Women Bleed,”“You and Me” and “Welcome To My Nightmare” – Dick Wagner was Cooper’s right hand man on such groundbreaking albums asWelcome to My Nightmare, Alice Cooper Goes to Hell, Lace and Whiskey, From the Inside and DaDa. Together, Cooper and Wagner co-wrote the majority of Alice Cooper's top selling singles and albums, including more than 50 songs that are featured on 22 Alice Cooper albums.

The Detroit area native helped define an era in rock history by playing lead guitar or writing songs for Alice Cooper, Aerosmith, Kiss, Lou Reed, Peter Gabriel, Meat Loaf, Steve Perry, Etta James, Rod Stewart, Ringo Starr, Tina Turner, Air Supply, Hall & Oates, Little Richard, Roy Orbison, Jerry Lee Lewis, Guns N’ Roses, Tori Amos,

 and many more. Wagner songs and lead guitar have been featured on more than 150 renowned CD's. His credits include 14 Platinum records, 16 Gold records, 5 Silver records and numerous BMI Songwriting awards.



ALEX CYRELL began his professional music career at 15 as drummer for the "Show Band" in the Catskill Mountains, in upstate New York. He's had the privilege of playing drums with Michael Jackson, Tom Jones, Jackie Wilson, Joe Williams, Sarah Vaughn, Big Joe Turner among others.

By 1980, Alex had segued from playing music into manufacturing products for the music industry. Omnimount® systems products are now benchmark accessories for many industries - including audio, theatre, broadcasting, aerospace, medical, and home furnishings.

With sales in more than 50 countries, Omnimount is widley distributed in mass market, consumer, pro audio, OEM and diversified markets. Alex Cyrell holds multiple patents and international awards in advertising, packaging, product design and engineering - including Clio, Mobius, and the CES Innovations Design and Engineering Showcase Award. The companies established in 1978 by Cyrell and partner Susan Michelson -- Omnimount Systems, Inc®. and Future Primitive Designs®, -- remain music industry staples today.

In 2004, Alex Cyrell established GeoQuest Entertainment Group, to distribute quality films. GeoQuest released Another Road Home, a small documentary with an estimable story of family and world peace. With rigorous and systematic promotion, Alex achieved the near impossible for a film by an unknown distributor: he garnered major market reviews from prestigious publications including the NY Times, LA Times, Washington Post, Village Voice, among many others. SUZY MICHELSON began her life in music as a Voice major at Boston University. By day, she studied counterpoint and composition; but at night, her passion was rock and roll. Her diverse musical experiences took her from singing Opera and Italian Art Songs to R&B, Rock and Country. She has had the honor of working with Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson, Hoyt Axton, and Mary Wells among others. In true entrepreneurial spirit, Suzy and husband Alex Cyrell founded Omnimount Systems® in 1978 in their Hollywood garage. Omnimount® universal mounting assemblies are now sold into multiple interational markets: pro audio, consumer electronics, theatre, security, aerospace, medical and others.

A second company founded by Michelson & Cyrell, Future Primitive® specializes in museum quality musical instrument replicas. The line has been distributed in more than 50 countries, including sophisticated venues such as Carnegie Hall, Kennedy Center, Smithsonian, Royal Albert Hall. Both Michelson and Cyrell bring extensive experience in international marketing, branding, product design, manufacturing and distribution.

Since 2005, Suzy has been an Official Judge for the Fox television's Arizona Idol, the advance team that selects contestants for American Idol. In 2007, Suzy's team of judges selected Jordin Sparks to be the Arizona contestant, and Sparks ultimately went on to win the national American Idol contest. With more than 20 years experience in international marketing, Suzy is an avid linguaphile and speaks Spanish, French, Italian as well as English.



WILL KEIPER served most recently (2007), as Chief Executive Officer of Hypercom Corporation. Hypercom is a global technology company with offices on every continent delivering products and services
in over 100 countries.

As a professional US public company executive, Keiper has over 30 years of diverse business experience in the United States and internationally, in fields including information technology, electronics, distribution, finance and manufacturing. Keiper has been directly involved in the creation of significant company asset
and market value, as well as in mergers and acquistions.

Prior to Hypercom, Mr. Keiper served in top management and executive positions in other US publicly-traded companies, including tenure as President and Chief Operating Officer of MicroAge, Inc. Mr. Keiper served also as Chairman and CEO of Artisoft, Inc., a US public company and a leader in next-generation IP-based voice, data and digital communications systems for business. Prior to his career leading publicly traded companies, Keiper spent nine years in the practice of corporate and commercial law. He is currently a member of the Boards of Directors of several US publicly-traded companies.

Mr. Keiper's education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Eastern Illinois University, a law degree from Arizona State University, and a Master's degree from the Thunderbird American Gratuate School of International Management. He was also nominated for the Ernst & Young Entreprenuer of the Year award.

An avid and sophisticated music fan, Mr. Keiper draws from a 14 gigabyte personal database of music from all genres. He sees the business of music at a major inflection point in its history and is committed to helping create the "next generation music business," pairing great new artists and rock legends with opportunities in global electronic distribution and merchandising.
