Legendary for his groundbreaking collaborations with Alice Cooper—for whom he wasmusical director, lead guitarist and co-writer of the icon’s biggest hits, including “Only Women Bleed,”“You and Me” and “Welcome To My Nightmare” – Dick Wagner was Cooper’s right hand man on such groundbreaking albums asWelcome to My Nightmare, Alice Cooper Goes to Hell, Lace and Whiskey, From the Inside and DaDa. Together, Cooper and Wagner co-wrote the majority of Alice Cooper's top selling singles and albums, including more than 50 songs that are featured on 22 Alice Cooper albums.

ALEX CYRELL began his professional music career at 15 as drummer for the "Show Band" in the Catskill Mountains, in upstate New York. He's had the privilege of playing drums with Michael Jackson, Tom Jones, Jackie Wilson, Joe Williams, Sarah Vaughn, Big Joe Turner among others.

WILL KEIPER served most recently (2007), as Chief Executive Officer of Hypercom Corporation. Hypercom is a global technology company with offices on every continent delivering products and services
in over 100 countries.

As a professional US public company executive, Keiper has over 30 years of diverse business experience in the United States and internationally, in fields including information technology, electronics, distribution, finance and manufacturing. Keiper has been directly involved in the creation of significant company asset
and market value, as well as in mergers and acquistions.

Prior to Hypercom, Mr. Keiper served in top management and executive positions in other US publicly-traded companies, including tenure as President and Chief Operating Officer of MicroAge, Inc. Mr. Keiper served also as Chairman and CEO of Artisoft, Inc., a US public company and a leader in next-generation IP-based voice, data and digital communications systems for business. Prior to his career leading publicly traded companies, Keiper spent nine years in the practice of corporate and commercial law. He is currently a member of the Boards of Directors of several US publicly-traded companies.

Mr. Keiper's education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Eastern Illinois University, a law degree from Arizona State University, and a Master's degree from the Thunderbird American Gratuate School of International Management. He was also nominated for the Ernst & Young Entreprenuer of the Year award.
